What should I pay during the warranty for exchange\refund\maintenance?

  • Within 7 days since the date of receiving product: We have ‘7-day no question asking refund’. It means within 7 days since the date of receiving the product, customer could apply refund and will  be responsible for any delivery costs.
  • Within 30 days since the date of receiving product (over 7 days): We could help customers to process exchange size or colour, and customers will be responsible for the delivery costs and duties. If the malfunction due to the the quality issue happens within 30 days, we will take care of everything for maintenance (shipping fee\labor etc.) if the malfunctions happen caused by the inappropriate using, customers will be responsible for all the costs.
  • After 30 days within the warranty: If the malfunction happens due to quality issues, we will take care of everything for maintenance (shipping fee\labor etc.). If the malfunctions caused by the inappropriate using happen, customers will be responsible for all the costs.
