What is your return policy?

For SpeedX bikes, we have '7-day no questions asked' policy and '30-day exchange' policy. 

Within 7 days of receiving product: We have ‘7-day no question asking refund’ policy. It means that within 7 days since the date of receiving the product, customer could apply refund and will be responsible for any delivery costs.

(If the refund&exchange are caused by wrong size sending\malfunction due to quality issue etc., we will take care of the delivery costs.) 

Within 30 days of receiving product: We could help customers to exchange sizes or color, and customers will be responsible for any shipping fee and duties.

All returns and exchange should be accompanied with original packaging, paperwork, receipt and Certificate of Origin. SpeedX reserves the rights to determine the availability of the 7-day no questions asked and 30-day exchange policy.
